Marketing Manager (Westmont, IL)
WorldFinds is an impact-driven brand of jewelry, accessories, home goods & gifts that helps empower women through fair trade. We are seeking a dynamic, creative & technical Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives for the brand, including Wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer parts of the business. This role works closely with all other departments and team members.
What You’ll Do:
- A little of everything!
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, coordinating promotions and website banners to match campaigns. Plan & optimize editorial calendars, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Digital Product Merchandising: Prepare products for digital launch by photographing and editing images, as well as updating product listings, categories, etc. across websites & marketplaces.
- Tradeshow Coordination: Collaborate with sales & design team members to prepare for bi-annual industry trade shows.
- Digital Advertising: Develop & execute digital marketing campaigns in accordance with the editorial calendar using Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Graphic Design: Design & execute various design projects as needed, from postcards to packaging to catalogs.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic growth, including keyword research, content optimization, and recommendations for on-site improvements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics across campaigns, SEO, and social, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns and other team members.
- Trend Spotting: Stay on top of marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ideally 2-3+ years of experience in a small-team environment, with time spent in B2B and B2C marketing (bonus points for fashion or accessories!)
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing multiple calendars.
- Comfort & experience working with other team members and cross-collaborating.
- An eagerness to learn new things & a willingness to jump in where needed plus a resourceful, optimistic, positive attitude.
- Great organizational skills
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience with Shopify, Faire, Netsuite or similar business software.
- Keen to figure things out and learn as they go, but coming in with a good base of knowledge and work ethic.
